RULE # 1 Do not take anything from strangers! Bad strangers will offer candy, toys, or money to kids. Always say NO and run away.
	RULE # 2 Do not go anywhere with strangers! Bad strangers can ask for help with directions or for help looking for a lost pet. Always say NO and run away.
RULE # 3 Scream HELP and run away when you are in danger! Your intuition tells you when you are in danger.
