Do you require a minimum number of machines to participate?
Vendors must own a minimum of twelve machines.

How much does it cost to participate in the Vendor Program?
The cost is $12.00 per machine, per year (from February - January of the following year). Vendors who join during the year, will be prorated for the months remaining.

How does Find The Children use this money?
The fees cover printing & program management costs.

Can I pay monthly?
We process contracts on an annual basis, rather than monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Personal, business, & cashier's checks, money orders, & major credit cards. There is a 3 business day wait for checks to clear before stickers are mailed.

Do I get a copy of the contract?
We will mail a copy of your contract with your welcome package.

What if I sell my machines, go out of business, or terminate my contract?
The contract requires vendors to remove the stickers if you sell/give away your machines or terminate your contract because FTC will not be able to inform new owners of found children. ALL PARTIES involved can be held liable if an out-of-date sticker remains posted. Upon termination, your information will be removed from our active files and you will no longer be contacted, even if a child is found. Find The Children cannot provide refunds to vendors who terminate their contracts.

How long does it take to get the stickers?
Stickers are sent via U.S. Mail; there is an optional rush fee of $15.00 for Express Mail (approx: 1-2 business days).

Do you provide verification of my participation with Find The Children?
We will send you a welcome package including: stickers, information about FTC, & a letter to verify your participation with FTC for you to copy as proof for necessary parties. Updated letters are sent with annual renewals.

Are the children on the stickers missing from all over the world?
FTC is based in Santa Monica, CA and most of our missing children cases originate in Southern California. Since many abducted children are taken out-of-state or the country, it is important to post their photos in as many places as possible.

What if the child pictured on the sticker is found?
FTC will notify you immediately and send replacement stickers, at no additional charge. The contract requires vendors to remove the "found" sticker as soon as possible, since all parties can be held liable if the "found" stickers are not removed.

Does Find The Children replace the stickers each time I renew my contract?
We only replace stickers if: a child is found, their information becomes out-dated, or the child is no longer recognizable by the photo due to age.

What if the stickers are vandalized/ ruined?
It is the vendor's responsibility to maintain the condition of the stickers and replace defaced ones at a cost of $12.00 per sticker for the year.
