Our Goal
The goal of the Reunification Program is to reduce the trauma of abduction for children and their families and to support a successful and lasting reunification.

Services
The therapy services are coordinated by Find the Children a non-profit agency dedicated to the recovery of missing children. Therapy is provided throughout Los Angeles County at community mental health centers that have been carefully chosen for this Program. The therapists are specially trained in reunification counseling and provide sessions in English and Spanish.

The Task Force
The Los Angeles Child Abduction Task Force is a multi-disciplinary team sponsored by the Inter-Agency Council on Child Abuse and Neglect (ICAN). The Task Force comprises local and federal law enforcement, Los Angeles DistrictAttorney Child Abduction Unit, community mental health agencies, and the Department of Children and Family Services.
